Level
Intermediate and Advanced. No beginners, please.

Lodging Information
The Abode is not able to assist students in finding accommodation. There are no hotels near the Abode. Hotels near public transportation, such as those in downtown San Francisco, will enable you to get to the Abode without a car. Some visiting students have reported that they stayed at the Ocean Park Motel on 46th Avenue, which is on the 23 MUNI bus line. Others have found accommodation in the Haight/Ashbury district, which is on the 43 MUNI bus line. If you choose to stay in a hotel near the San Francisco Airport, there is no public transportation and you will have to rent a car.

Week-long intensive schedule
Asana class begins at 8:00 am and ends no later than 12:00 pm.
Pranayama class begins at 4:00 pm and ends no later than 6:00 pm.
Each workshop will include one unscheduled afternoon and will finish by 10:30 am on the last day.

All props will be provided.
